2 Simple Steps to boost your inner confidence to a different level

I have been in the coaching and training industry for the past 17 years. Of all the clients I have met, what most of us lack is confidence level.


There are several types of strategies in terms of thinking, behavior and ground level tips for improving our life and to feel better. But all these will be in vain if the foundation is not found. That is, the Real YOU, only you know what is deep down in your heart. The best-known practice is that only through your inner confidence you will be able to find who you are and bring it out.




1. Understand Who you are and what you value the Most:


Your Values are the most important things that help you to understand and identify yourself. Knowing what you value the most is the first step towards your inner confidence. Your values are residing deep down inside you, those are your foundation, and your building blocks. Values may be something that you see as deemed important in this world. I can include your stem of beliefs, progress in what you do. It may be your family, a Good time with friends or travel, achieving something or even freedom.


When your values are not given importance by your people,situation or ignored by them, that is when you feel angry, frustrated, and unmotivated. This is the very reason we feel negativity due to denial, or they didn’t accept a fundamental thing of who you are. At times you might have felt amazing, feeling buzzed with joy and cheerful, it's simply people around you or the situations may have honoured one or more of your values.

So now, when you get to know who you are and what you value the most, then decision making becomes easy. You can easily make choices and align your life around your values. It’s a simple fact you know who you are by knowing your values and you are allowing yourself to live in the real world. A Joyful life.





2. Use your muscles, otherwise it becomes useless:


Confidence is like any other muscle in yo


ur body, unless you don’t use it, it becomes a useless mass and becomes a waste. A physical muscle in your body is visible and works it out but Confidence muscle is harder to find. Like how you exercise and keep your arms and legs strong just like that you need to work on your confidence. I


t's not going to happen overnight, it takes time.


Let’s assume that you are a person who takes risks, the kind of person who goes to a 9-5 job and what needs to be done and doing it really well, but not following your passion. We al


l had those self-talks that at times following your passion seems too scary to break away from the routine and small income that comes your way without much effort or you might even feel that “I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH”. “THAT’S NOT WHAT I DO”, “I REALLY DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT” that kind of person wants to live in that safe and comfortable Zone. Do you know that Fewer risks you take, the less confidence you will have?


Let’s work on our confidence muscle now, we need to be prepared to take risks – let it be small or big. What’s wrong in walking in an unfamiliar direction or trying something new or doing it in a slightly different way. Open to possibilities around you and push


yourself to enhance what you know, what you do and who you are. You will be more confident if you are open to risk, New Opportunities and New Possibilities. Now you know your confidence muscle and the big question now is, what are you going to do with it? It's in your hands to become what you want to be. Exercise it.
